Counselling is an interactive process conjoining the counselee who needs assistance and the counsellor, who is trained and educated to give assistance. Today, there is a serious need for counselling as 21st century is called as the ‘The Age of Anxiety’. Students, members of distributed families and many others in the society look for personal, academic and vocational guidance from the professional counsellors.
